Scope note

Use for Journals, Yearbooks, Magazines, Newspapers, etc. Anything that might have an ISSN and is issued sequentially, but without a planned ending and where the indididual parts are volumes/issues that don't have a standalone title, but a ' dependent' title that is just a year ('Jahrgang 2020', '1981') or volume/issue numbers ('Volume IX', 'Sonderheft Pflege', '12'). Can have issues as parts, who in turn can have component parts that are usually (journal) articles.
