Scope note
Attached via bf:issuance to a bf:Instance. Intended to map our existing Document Types (DT) and BEs (bibliografische Ebene) to something that can be used to state and infer several things at once, such as an extension plan and mode of issuance for the bf:Work that the Instance manifests; while also being understandable by our existing catalogers who are used to the old system and don't need to know the nitty gritty details of what info about a continung res. like a journal goes into the work or instance - since they are WEM-locked anyway.
