Hierunter fallen allerdings auch andere Arten von Instrumenten, wie Beobachtungsverfahren, Computerprogramme oder Apparate, die der Erfassung psychologischer Merkmale dienen.

2026-01-27: Introduced as a new genre, in anticipation of adding tests and questionnaires from PSYNDEX Tests. Also to replace the old BE/DT 'Test' which was not carried over to its replacement vocabulary 'issuances' for instances, since 'test' describes a work type, not the form in which it was published or issued. Tests should now be classified as genre 'test' (for their work). Their instances should be classified with an appropriate issuance such as 'Kit', 'Supplement/Appendix', 'Gray Literature', 'Journal Article', 'Book' etc.
